On Thursday, November 14th, our PAC is hosting a Clothing Drive to support families in our
school community. We are collecting clean, gently used clothing in good condition for children,
youth, and adults. This is a wonderful opportunity to pass along items that no longer fit your
family, while helping others who may need them.

Collection Date: October 17th, – November 7th

If you are able, please sort items by type and place them in a tied bag or box labeled with the contents.
Please note: We cannot accept dirty clothing, under garments, socks, toys, and other non
clothing items. Items should be freshly washed and, if possible, sorted by type (e.g., jackets,
shoes, or winter wear) before being donated.

Drop-off Location: In front of the school office in black bins!

All donations will go directly to supporting local families—thank you for your generosity!

Monday, September 29 is Orange Shirt Day – Every Child Matters              

• First day of school
• School will be in session from 8:45 AM – 11:38 AM
• All students will return to last year’s classes
• Drop-off and pick-up spots will be the same as last year
• Please inform day-care and child-care of early pick-up

• Full day of school 8:45 AM – 2:38 PM

• Please park in the front parking lot or in the neighborhood; please be mindful of not blocking private driveways
• Please note the parking lot at the back of school is for staff parking only
• Please do not park in the round-about in the morning or at pick-up time

• A portion of our field is fenced off to allow for the newly seeded grass to grow strong and healthy
• Students will have access the field further down and the black-top area in the front of the school

• Friday, Sept. 5^th – one hour session
• Monday, Sept. 8^th and Tuesday, Sept. 9^th – gradual entry days
• Wednesday, Sept. 10 – first full day of Kindergarten

Dear David Cameron Families

This year, we are excited to bring back our Raffle Ticket Fundraiser!  This is one of our biggest fundraisers and we need your support to help make it a success!  All proceeds go towards supporting the 2025-2026 David Cameron school year.  This year’s prizes are as followed:

1st Prize: $1000 CASH

2nd Prize: $500 CASH

3rd prize: $250 CASH

If you are interested in selling tickets or purchasing tickets for yourself, please contact fundraisingdcpac@gmail.com.  If you are selling the tickets, please include in your email with the  number of booklets you would like.  Each booklet has 5 tickets. Participants must be 19 or over to purchase and claim the prize.

Each ticket is $20 to purchase, with only 500 tickets being printed.  That is a 1 in 500 chance of winning!

Important Dates to remember:

April 22-May 12: Sell tickets

May 16: All tickets (sold and unsold) along with funds to be returned to the school

May 21: Prize Draw Date
